A concrete bunker is situated on the S bank of the Staney Hill Road c. 25m N of Clickhimin Loch.

J Guy 1995; NMRS Ms 810/4, 155-6.

Three concrete 'air-raid shelters' are situated on Stany Hill Road. The huts are semi circular in section and constructed from corrugated iron overlain with concrete and then roofed with reinforced concrete. Each shelter has three compartments. The shelters would have been used by men using the nearby firing range.

A Purdy and F Miller, Shetland Amenity Trust 1996 (information from DoB recording form)
