Image of the mythical Strathmartine dragon that was supposed to have lurked by a well sited just to the north of Dundee and in legend consumed 9 fair maidens sent to collect water by the local farmer. A hero (young and handsome, of course!) by the name of Martin or 'Strathmartin' came along and in revenge slew the fearsome dragon. The kids love it and climb all over the low bronze creation, the shiny parts showing the hand and foot holds.
Perhaps the most decorative back wall for a bus stop in Dundee (if not in Scotland?). It is recessed into the garden of the new house behind and constructed of thin marble panels over the usual breeze-block wall, completed in early 2018.
